The most bizarre tree of nature I have ever seen. It looked like several trees that somehow grew into each other, yet it is one tree. It's like an MC Escher drawing that defies logic and sense. Really cool and beautiful park. A must see while in Lahaina.

In the middle of Lahaina you will find Banyan Tree Park. it's not difficult to find as the tree, it is named after is massive. Absolutely gigantic.
It's very pretty and you can get some great pictures but my main criticism it that it is way too crowded. It was actually difficult to get a picture because too many people would walk in front of your camera!
If you are in Lahaina, then walk through the park. If not then I wouldn't make a special visit.

Unusual, beautiful trees. Weekend has venders with alot of different handmade items. Or just sit and relax on a bench in the shade and peoplewatch.

This park is worth 30 minutes of your time to just get out and marvel.

The day I went, there were vendors set up, which detracted from the charm. But ignoring that, it was a proverbial jungle gym of branches and trunks... all one tree that took up a space the size of a football field (guesstimate)....
