Our party of 4 adults enjoyed the food at this very casual restaurant. The Mahi Burgers were excellent. We scarfed them down. French fries were good too. We liked the casual ambiance of this place. Highly recommend. Cost for lunch for the 4 of us was $56.00.

Get a fish burger and onion rings and you'll overeat. This place was delicious, again. Staff was hard working. Fish tacos are good too.

Maybe we ordered the wrong thing, but it was terrible. We ordered the fish plate with the fish of the day and it was salty and completely overcooked. We would not eat here again.

Paia is known for expensive gas and high end shops, but the Fish Market is different. The food is a great value with hefty portions. I don't suggest trying to get it to eat in the car as you head to Hana because you won't enjoy it as much. The little restaurant is regularly packed with very little seating, but half the fun is sitting at the large picnic tables and meeting new people. The food was spectacular. I had the quesadilla, which was overflowing and very tasty. The rest of my friends had the blackened mahi, chicken tacos, and fish tacos. They raved about each of them. I wouldn't know how any of them tasted because nobody was willing to share (including me). The seafood chowder seems to be hidden on the menu, but it is a hidden gem which is heaping with fish and only $5. The line moves fast, so don't fret if the line is long. I promise it is worth the wait.

Lunch and Dinner. Great fresh fish sandwiches (the mahi mahi and ono sandwiches are stellar). The fries are perfect every time too. Salads are fresh and good portions too. We like to grab our order To Go and head 5 min down the road to Ho’okipa Beach Park to watch the kite boarders, windsurfers and surfers. Or stay in the restaurant (which is almost always humming with business and happy customers) and share a table with fellow travelers or locals and enjoy stories of their day out on the water. Afterwards, you can check out the fun and funky north shore town of Paia with its boutiques and throngs of water sport athletes from all over the world.
