I ordered a simple LIKE IT ice cream. I asked the worker if it comes with toppings, she said yes. So I asked for Caramel Syrup and Butterfingers. Upon paying I found out that the worker put the price of MIX IT ice cream, which is higher. I asked why and she said that the toppings are for additional amount. I asked why didn't she tell me that, I did ask if it comes with toppings and she said yes and said nothing about the difference in price.
The manager said that that's the way they calculate it.
That's misleading. A costumer has the right to get all the information in order to decide what to order, a business cannot give partial information and to charge for unknown items.
Yes, it's only ice cream, but it's still unfair trade.
The ice cream itself was good, but its good taste was forgotten long before the bad taste of misleading.
