The chef and owner, Raymond, uses fresh local produce and healthy alternatives to traditional Chinese cooking. Try the shrimp with walnuts, house noodles, lettuce wraps, mu shu pork, spinach salad with ka'u oranges, scallops with fried spinach - so many choices, and save room for desserts. He's always experimenting with something new. With a large party we order the dessert sampler - about 8 different choices to sample!
