I eat at Ayame often. They serve a great variety of delicious food at a reasonable price. They do a lot of take-out business, and it's easy to know why they're so popular. But if there's anything to improve, it would be the cleanliness of the kitchen and floors. The family members who run Ayame always seem to be fatigued and short of sleep, so I suspect they don't have the necessary energy to regularly do thorough end-of-day deep cleanings. I don't think it's unhygienic, but better cleaning would enhance the eat-in experience.
