Just returned from a stay in BT 708 at this resort. What a wonderful property and the sunsets from the lanai were gorgeous. Very quiet, beautiful beach, quaint little bar with great service, but no restaurant. There are plenty of options nearby and you're away from the crowds in Waikiki. I absolutely loved this little resort area. The unit itself was quite comfortable, and the property manager met us to give us a walk through which was nice. In Maui last year, our property management company had leis for us which was a nice touch not included here. There were a few minor inconveniences to note, but nothing to stop us from staying here again: Ice maker was slow, be sure to stock up on bags of ice. Appliances are high end, and wow was the fridge door heavy! There was no salt/pepper in the unit, the lighting is horrible for putting on makeup and there wasn't a single full length mirror to be found. A/C wasn't the coolest, but ok. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view from the lanai spectacular. The master suite was amazing, the 2nd bedroom somewhat cramped. Be aware, construction is on the horizon and this would considerably impact your experience. Check on status before booking.

Room Tip: Beach Tower Villas are closest to Ocean.

We loved our time at B-109!!! It is just as gorgeous & peaceful as you see in the pictures. It was so nice to be able to have easy access to the beach and pool. The pool bar was close & we enjoyed the live music a couple nights during our stay. It much more private on the lanai than I expected. A few people walked by, but the bushed created a nice private with a breathtaking view. The condo's kitchen was top of the line. Each bedroom had it's own lanai with ocean views. The sofa sleeper was pretty uncomfortable, but then again, most sofa sleeper are.

We attended the Tuesday night Fia Fia luau next door at the Marriott and had an enjoyable evening. It's a short walk to either the Marriott or Disney hotel on either side, but they are far enough away that our resort wasn't crowded. We also had a great time at a character breakfast at the Disney hotel. We booked both meals before arriving in Ko Olina.

There is so much to do in Oahu, but this condo makes you want to spend every minute here. Depending on the type of vacation you are looking for, be aware there are a lot of rules. One day we parked our rental SUV slightly over the front line of the parking spot & received a written notice of our violation even though there were no cars within 10 spaces on either side of us. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the pool & beach access closed at 9:00 pm. Honestly though, because of the time change & our busy days, we were ready for bed by 9:00 or 10:00 each night. Overall, we didn't mind the rules and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

We loved every minute & would go back in a heartbeat!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite, that is my wife & I from UK and our son, daughter-in-law and 7 year old granddaughter from Australia.
The location is awesome. Great lagoon and beach steps away from the suites, and two gorgeous pools - one of them a "quiet pool", the other a normal one where children can play to their hearts content. The suite was first class - quality furnishings; roomy and airy; great views from balcony. We would fully recommend this place

I stayed here with my family for 8 days; beautiful place. If you are looking for a relaxed resort this is it. The beach is not too crowded, the beach is accompanied by a long walking path connecting to other hotels. Quite and safe neighbourhood on the dry side of the island. Still in good location to a lot of attractions.

So you want to go stay in luxury right next to the Disney resort and the Four Seasons for a fraction of the price?? Not to mention you will have a top of the line actual apartment with a full amazing kitchen.
Ko Olina is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is fantastic for the kids and adults too. So much to see when snorkeling. Calm water. We saw sea turtles in the cove just in front of the villas. Oahu is truly paradise. I loved the Waimalea side and would like to stay there next time I return, but this area was just perfect with the family. Beautiful grounds, calm water, lots of restaurants, and access to eat at Disney resort. Our pools and beach was so much better too because theirs is crowded. This is the way to go!
