I'm typing this while sitting in my room at the Tiki Moon.
We booked this because of its proximity to the Polynesian Cultural Center. It's literally right across the street! To be honest, it's more expensive than it should be if it were anywhere else considering it's not exactly new looking. But I researched the area and everything is expensive here. At least you don't have to pay the $8 parking for the PCC when you stay here. McDonald's is also across the street, so you can walk over there in the morning for a quick breakfast.
They let us into our room early and allowed some flexibility when we leave this morning, so that's appreciated as well. We didn't have the extra linens we neede for one of our children, but a quick call to Ray took care of that.
I was expecting a TIki Moon sign out front to look for when we arrived, but didn't see one, so make sure you follow the street numbers. There is no "reception" area. They email you the code to the lock on your unit.
As I said, we wanted something close to the PCC, and you can't get any closer than this.More
