There is a lot of food to choose from. There are some authentic choices of cuisine. The "pork" is not at good as the luau on Maui but still ok considering the # of people they are cooking for. The desserts were more "Hawaiian" if that what you are looking for. If you are looking for a meal, then this is a place to eat before you get back, because Waikiki closes early and you'll be hungry, room service, or cooking. Enjoy !!

Quite possibly the best cultural experience on the islands. Go early and attend the individual island group demonstrations and the floating canoe parade.
