Stopped at the Mililani branch (H-2 Mililani Mauka exit) for breakfast before hiking on the Makapu'u Lighthouse Trail. My sister remarked before we ordered that the Poke Stop was featured on "Diners, Drive Inns and Dives". Saw the posters on the wall while we waited for the cashier to finish her chores. Friendly service and free samples on request. Since it was early we had breakfast and ordered the fried fish plate with rice and the haupia (coconut) macadamia pancakes. We thought they were great choices - the fish was perfectly done and the three eight-inch pancakes covered with tasty and not over sweet haupia sauce
and macadamia nuts. We'll be back again to try the poke and other menu items. This is a good place to stop on a morning tour of the north shore of Oahu. On the other hand, the music was too loud for conversation (probably for the cooks in the back), the floor had a slight smell of mildew, and they sold soft drinks only - no coffee (buy at McDonald's across the parking lot) for the morning crowd.

We stopped here for some poke after we saw them on Diner's Drive-Ins and DIves. The poke was very good and reasonabley priced. The seseme ahi was fabulous!

We went to the Miliani location on the way back from North shore and it was nothing short of delicious!!
The kid behind the counter was super friendly and gave us samples. The only down side was trying to choose which amazing poke to enjoy. The winners for this trip were creamy spicy ahi and taco! The shop was clean and simple and I can't wait to go back for more!

Great poke and Korean short ribs! Get the executive plate or sous chef plate to get an assortment of their food. Enough food in a combo plate so that daughter and I split a plate ($12-$15) A hole in the wall place with great food. The floor was a bit sticky, but other than that everything was all good.

I don't think Chef Elmer has stopped by his Waipahu location for a while. It is looking a little run down. Tried 3 Pokes. All were pretty good but nothing spectacular. I ordered the executive chef plate and wife ordered the Shoreline Chef plate. The fish on both was very good. Everything else was dissapointing. Shrimp were either way overcooked or not fresh. Either way, they were not good. Spare ribs were among the chewiest I've had. The other location may be a better pick but we were bummed out we had wasted a meal here.
