This is I think our fourth time here, just one night this time but we usually stay longer. You cannot say enough about the location of this place. On a side street right off the main drag where the ice cream shop is across from the park. You can walk to all the shops and at least half the restaurants and even then if you're spry you can walk out Cottage Street or down towards Poor Boy's and find more. The fee station in Acadia is four 1/2 miles from here out Schooner Head Road. Rooms (we've stayed in four) are clean and roomy and nice and quiet and I find it rather romantic. You don't actually have an ocean view but you are 50 yards from the shore path, 300 yards from the pier. I love going out in the morning to run when traffic is pretty much non-existent, the park quiet, fishermen at work, you can smell coffee and donuts. People say this is not a true B&B because there isn't a true breakfast but you can walk to three coffee shops and famous breakfast restaurants like Jordans. The price is 1/2 what you can pay in the places right on the water. You can look it up.
