Myself, wife and 23 month old daughter stayed here June 18-21. We absolutely loved it. I have been to Bar Harbor before and chose this place because of the elimination of the parking hassles in town. Easy walk to everything in town. Breakfast served 8-10 AM Wed thru Sat and was great. Plenty of options for all of us. We stayed in the Sargent Room and it was awesome and very roomy. No problems having a toddler with us at all. Afternoon cookies were a hit for all of us, especially my daughter. Wi-Fi access/connection at the place was great too. The staff was friendly.

Off of a quiet side street next to downtown Bar Harbor, this beautiful and tranquil cottage exceeded our expectations. The warm and friendly staff were so helpful with directions, food recommendations, places to see, things to do, etc.

My wife and I chose to stay in their smaller room since we are active and not there much. The room was spotless, cozy and very comfortable.

Their complimentary breakfast was more than I had ever imagined. It was made-to-order with 3-4 different options each day. Fresh baked pastries, fresh fruit and yogurt, and brewed coffee were also available. In my opinion, the food is better than any restaurant you'll go to for breakfast.

We chose to stay at this hotel based on trip advisor reviews and there's a reason this place is ranked so high! We highly recommend!!

Beautiful inn, lovely room with a teensy bathroom but to make up for it, there was a fireplace.
My only complaint is that the person who greeted us as we arrived had been smoking marijuana and the entrance absolutely reeked of it. Because of addiction issues in my family, I don't like to be reminded of it when I'm on vacation. For the price, I was not impressed.

We stayed here four nights total. We had wanted to stay all four nights in the motel, but there was only a vacancy for two nights at the motel. The motel room (#10) was huge and wonderfully comfortable, and we would have been very happy there for all four days. When it was time to vacate the motel room, the staff moved all our belongings for us into the Beehive room in the Inn. This room had two beds and again, was huge. Small bathroom but fine for us, and a wonderful wall of windows which provided lovely cross circulation when open. We were a short walk to everything, but removed from the Main Street noise. The innkeeper Pam was extremely helpful and we loved Mary, who served us breakfast each morning we stayed in the house. A nice bonus...fresh baked goods in the reception parlor of the main house! Also nice to have a mini fridge in the room. If we ever go back to Bar Harbor, this is the place well stay!

Room Tip: If staying in the motel, ask for room 10.

This was our first B&B experience and it was a perfect one. The furnishings are beautiful and authentic to the house's period without being kitschy. Our second floor balcony overlooked leafy trees with songbirds. Walk to everywhere from here. Wonderful breakfasts. There are a lot of places to stay in Bar Harbor, but many of them are either dumpy motels or very expensive. This was just right and worth every penny.

Room Tip: We loved the Sargent room. I looked around at some of the others, they are all beautiful.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Moseley Cottage. The beds were comfortable, breakfast made to order, clean rooms, and walking distance to everything downtown. Would recommend to a friend. Reasonable price.
Not recommended for honeymooners or families with kids. Creaky wood floors, not a lot of privacy, you have to keep quiet.

Stayed 5 nights at this beautiful home. We were on the third floor in the Beehive Room and it was great. Very spacious and comfortable room, sparkling clean and kept that way daily by the wonderful staff. The breakfasts were so delicious with tasty baked goods made by Mary, who is also a warm, friendly dining room hostess. We walked to the shore path and downtown, a very nice location. It is also off the main drag so was nice and quiet. We loved it!

Room Tip: Top floor is a bit of a climb, but no overhead noise..worth it to us!
