This is a small hotel that is much like a B&B. So much like it, the only difference is that they do not serve breakfast. That wasn't a problem for us, as we found a family restaurant in town where we went for breakfast each morning.
The rooms were beautiful, exceptionally clean, bright and airy. The Acadia was located only a short walk from the Town Pier, shopping and restaurants.
I would recommend a trip to Bar Harbor, Maine to anyone who enjoys small towns, beautiful scenery and friendly people. I can't wait to go back.
