Located a couple of miles from downtown Bar Harbor, this pleasant motel is similar to chains like Holiday Inn Express. The had a decent breakfast buffet. Since we were on a long trip the coin op laundry in the basement was convenient too.

Beautiful property in a greAt location. Very cheerful, helpful staff, answering a million questions and requests. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Appreciated the gift shop. The sweatshirts were the most useful things we bought in Maine' We were very pleased.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facility was charming. It's a great value and close to the downtown area (walking distance for the ambitious walkers, but a very quick drive). Breakfast offered many cold or heatable options--bagels, cereal, toast. Our room had a fridge and microwave--a huge plus.

Location was very convenient to Acadia National Park. The hotel's continental breakfast offered good and varied fare. They provided snacks each afternoon like soup, cheese, crackers and cookies. The room was very clean and big. The king bed was comfortable, The bathroom was super clean. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were helpful and happy to be of service. The staff shipped souvenirs for me as I was touring on my motorcycle from Northern California. The package arrived but the contents were damaged. I called the front desk manager Jodi Moore to inform her of the damaged coffee cups. She replaced them without charge without me asking! I was very impressed with the customer service. Great job!

I was in Bar Harbor on buisness and stayed at the Acadia Inn. The staff was outstanding, and the hotel was very charming. It is centrally located between town and the National Park, and made getting around easy. The breakfast was more than normal and the hotel was very clean.

I would highly reccomend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Located between the park entrance and Bar Harbor this motel is a good starting point for your nature excursions and nightly dinner trips. Breakfast was good, our room was quite, clean and spacious. Service was friendly.

My husband and I stayed here this past week while visiting Acadia. We were happy to find a good hotel just outside of town (about a mile). The prices were super reasonable for Bar Harbor, it helped that it was just before the busy season. The room was big, the king bed was comfy, clean bathroom!

The hotel offered a free, full continental breakfast, we chose to eat in town, but it was nice to have the option. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours a day, also cheese and crackers and warm cookies in the afternoon.

The staff was super friendly. The pool was heated and open, so was the hot tub! The weather in town was a little chilly, so we had the whole hot tub and pool to ourselves.

The hotel isn't 4 stars and isn't pristine, but what matters is there. We would go back and stay anytime.

The bus line that runs through town and the park wasn't running when we were there but the stop was right in front of the hotel. SUPER plus!

Overall wonderful experience!
