We stayed over the Christmas break. Great location on Union Square. Cable car outside and next to the restaurant Sears.
This hotel is old and not one of your newer chain hotels but has character and everything you would need for the right price. We followed advice on trip advisor aand asked for a high floor room as you will hear the cable car bell on lower floors. We didnt use the restaurant but the tour desk was run by a super efficient woman called Susan who was very helpful.
Staff were nice and cleaning staff very efficient. Stay here you want excellent location for a great price.
Pillow menu option was a nice touch. Free Wi Fi
Will stay again.More
