Owner description: Enjoy our unique Electric Bike Guided Tour across the Golden Gate to Sausalito! The tour features the new UltraMotor A2B electric bikes with throttle power-on-demand, allowing riders to choose between pedaling or electric motor power. This tour is great for riders who want direction from our professional guides and are looking for a boost up any hills. The tour begins at the picturesque Aquatic Park of Fisherman's Wharf. The mostly flat National Park Bike Path will take you through Fort Mason, the Marina, Presidio National Park, then use your throttle for an effortless ascent up to the iconic Golden Gate Bridge! Along the way, our local guide will share entertaining and educational information with you, including the history behind the Golden Gate Bridge. You'll pedal across the bridge on the sidewalk with stunning views of the city and bay, and then just a 10 minute downhill ride will take you into the charming bayside town of Sausalito. Once there, most people choose to grab a bite to eat, relax, and enjoy Sausalito's famously wonderful weather before putting their bikes on the ferry and returning to San Francisco. Our electric bikes will make your adventure fun, easy and eco-friendly!

“Electric bike tour”
Reviewed 12 May 2014

This is a brilliant tour and so glad we found it and plucked up the courage to take part in it. As we are from England and approaching our 70's we were very worried we would not cope with the traffic and relevant highway rules but our guide was helpful and re-assuring and we were soon on our way. It took only a short while to adjust to the weight of the bike and we had a wonderful experience. It truly was the highlight of our two week visit to San Francisco. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending this tour to anyone. It is well worth doing and we have fantastic memories of that memorable ride over the Golden Gate Bridge

“Exhilarating !”
Reviewed 22 April 2014

To say the least, this trip was amazing. A must do. Yes the bikes are a little heavy for a woman of my age (65). And a little daunting for the same reason. I still must say this has been the most exhilarating thing I have ever done. Our guide Johannes or YoYo was awesome. He took such good care of our group, especially me since I had some difficult moments with the weight of the bike. But we all had a wonderful ride into some of the most beautiful scenery on this earth. This is a must do when in SFO. And ask for Yoyo. You will not be disappointed.

“A must do tour if visiting san francisco”
Reviewed 20 April 2014

The bike tour was excellent! We had a great time and saw so much of the San Francisco area. The guides Jonas and Eric were very knowledgeable and gave us tips on things to do and see Chelsea in the office was awesome. She definitely has good customer service. She was pleasant and helped us with our reservations and gave us tips on getting around town. If you are doing the tour and you have a go pro camera take it along.

“Up and over the Golden Gate Bridge”
Reviewed 12 April 2014 via mobile

Our ride today (4/11) was a great one. The electric bikes are definitely worth every penny! The ease of climbing the hills allows you more time to see beautiful San Francisco. Johan aka YOYo was very knowledgeable about his city. I would agree with a previous reviewer his asking for tips is unnecessary (yes he is still doing it) because he would have gotten one anyway without soliciting. A complaint we had was only 35 minutes in Salsaitoes was a big disappointment considering we stopped by a few extra stops which left less time before the ferry ride. You can keep the electric bike till 5 pm however the battery will not last that long. Overall, crossing the Golden Gate Bride is a must do, and this allows anyone to do it successfully with ease.
