What a beautiful golf course. The fairways and greens were in excellent shape. We were just blown away by the beauty of the course. One of the really nice things was the way the marshal monitored the pace of play. Glad to see it. The course is hilly and there are a lot of blind shots. It's challenging, but fun. We'd play it again in a heartbeat.

On a recent visit to San Francisco, we were thinking about playing golf somewhere, but were slightly put off by the breen fee. In the end we decided it might be worth it after reading reviews on Tripadvsor. It was well worth the money! It is a truely beautiful course with lots of very interesting holes. There are a few blind shots, but there are also some wonderful views of San Francisco Bay and the Golden gate bridge. I you enjoy playing beautiful courses, and find yourself in San Fan, give it a go

What a beautiful setting and it is in the middle of San Francisco. It is amazing that you could have such a beautiful treat in such a great setting in the middle of an Urban City.

The views are great, but the condition of the course was more than disappointing. The greens were horrible, clearly haven't been rolled for a long time, They were bumpy and slow.

The play was so slow, it took us over 5 hours for a round.

So in the end it played like a Municipal course, but the cost is equivalent to one that should be in much better condition.

Hard to recommend the course, but if you are interested in a nice walk in the park while you hit a few balls, then you won't be disappointed. Its very beautiful

Booked a tee time as a single golfer, got slotted into a fourball. The course was in pretty good condition. Very hilly and scenic with breathtaking views. The warm up facilities are pretty poor. A small warm up putting green, pitching area and range are small.

Decided to play the Presidio since all the other tours we booked were cancelled due to the government shut down. SO GLAD. The course is in great shape. The staff were all super friendly. Nice driving range. Nice views. Surprised to see such a place so close to the city.

Even though there was a charity outing earlier in the day - the pace was still good. My husband and I rented clubs. They had two options for each of us to choose from. He is a very good golfer and was not disappointed at all in the clubs. I kind of stink usually, but LOVED the rental clubs and did well (for me). The course is pretty challenging, but so much fun. Was very amused by the herd of goats we encountered 1/2 way through the round. Also loved the small shack to buy a beer on the way. Had a drink in the bar before catching a cab back to the hotel. Again, service and selection was great. I can't think of anything negative to say about the experience.
