Stayed 4 nights in a king room, was large and newly remodeled. The staff was friendly and accommodating. No coffee in the rooms but Starbucks is available in the lobby 24/7. Ate b-fast and dinner in their restaurant. The food was "good", breakfast was a little pricey. Hotel car parking is $49 a night, which is standard for SF...but self-park lots are available near-by, although the Tenderloin neighborhood, is NOT someplace you want to walk through at night by yourself. (and probably not in the day time either). The toiletries are nothing special. All-in-all, I liked the place. It is a 1929 restored hotel with only 2 elevators.
