We get this place for lunch at least once a week. The burritos are awesome. Everything I've tried has been equally good too. The sauces are all complex and very different. Not your typical burrito joint where everything tastes more or less the same.

The chips are excellent... Lots of salsas to choose from too. Wish they would give you bigger containers for sharing with a crowd.

The burritos rock, but they're a little pricey and there's always a long line.

Tlaloc Sabor Mexicano would have been rated "excellent" if it wasn't for the fact that they have reduced the size of their burritos, however the lunch burrito should be slightly slimmer since most just go straight back to their sitdown job right after eating. Back when they opened in the '90s, it was a larger portion, but restaurants would rather skim on ingredients than raise prices.

They have a varied menu of more than burritos, however my favorite is the Super Vegetarian Burrito with the self-serve fresh salsa bar condiments to go with it; inside you get salsa fresca, green salsa, guacamole and sour cream, lettuce, rice and beans. They don't use iceberg lettuce, rather they use a very crispy romaine. The melted-to-tortilla cheese is very comforting and I choose black beans (cooked perfectly) but you can choose pinto beans (whole beans) if you want. They don't overload the burrito with rice like many chain restaurants would do. It also isn't greasy and it's rolled together tightly to eat right out of the foil without spillage. Their Agua Fresca drinks are delicious, too. Their line moves fast so just make sure you're ready to order when you get to the server.

You can find their menu with searching "Tlaloc Sabor Mexicano" in the search field of any search engine.

I had a carne asada quesadilla, which was pretty good, soft meat (though a touch pricey)
