The wait staff are very ready to guide you through Pomelo's intriguingly different menu. There are lots of wonderful choices for those who prefer not to eat meat. I had the ayacucho - grilled fish of the day with quinoa cakes, a delicious roasted sweet pepper coulis, avocado and yam crisps. Fabulous!! A good choice of wines was available, albeit from a limited list, and you have a gourmet selection of teas to choose from to round of the meal. I tried the Numi organic Mate Lemon, which is now my firm favorite tea!
I returned to Pomelo a second time on this trip and was once again pleased with the service, ambiance and good value prices. This time the restaurant was busy, so reservations may be a good idea if you are planning a special date.
