This is not a restaurant but a chocolate maker. Great place for a quick hot chocolate and chocolate pick me up. Try the samples and you can really tell the difference of the flavors from different regions. They are quite expensive, but if you look at the process it is not completely unreasonable.
We had a tour as something we won from a school auction. Worth looking into how they do that normally as it was great fun. They focus very closely on quality of beans and do a great deal of testing throughout the process. was also impressed at how they are trying to work with different farms to help control quality from start to finish.
