A friend and I visited Jamber upon a local's recommendation during our short stay in San Fran. The recommendation came primarily for the Happy Hour specials but we decided to grab a bite as well.
The Happy Hour will NOT disappoint. Even if you do not make it in time for the hours of Happy Hour specials, I would still recommend stopping in for drinks. Their selection of local beers and wines (there must have been at least 20+ beers on tap!) was wonderful. We each got a tasting flight- one of us of beer and the other wine. The tastings were a good size and it was a great way to experience some local brews and wines. If you're into trying different beers or wines, this is definitely your place. My only complaint was that they closed early (10 or 10:30, I believe). We would have loved to stay for another flight tasting/more drinks!
We did also order dinner while we were there and it was good. Nothing super special to rave about but certainly tasty. Overall, there is so much more to eat in San Fran, I would recommend stopping by here for Happy Hour and moving on to eat elsewhere. But this place is definitely worth a visit for Happy Hour alone!
