Good, well poured Guinness here plus a nice Chardonnay.

The service was pleasant. Basket of fries was nice. Overall an enjoyable afternoon sojourn.

A neighbourhood bar worth a visit. Good location, just around the corner from Fisherman's Wharf.

Note to owner: the tricolours are pretty decrepit now. How about you spring for a couple of new flags...

Stumbled upon Fiddlers Green and stopped in for a beverage, bonus it was happy hour 4-7, $3 draft.
Enjoyed our drinks has well as a BLT, $6.50, and planned on returning again.

Second visit was as good, arrived a little early for happy hour draft was now $5.50.
Ordered the shepards pie, $9 and the miss's had the soup and salad, $9. All meals were excellent.

The pub is close to Ghiraldi square. I suggest you give it a try.

I had a great night there. Good tap selection, good pub fare with some traditional Irish selections. Staff was friendly and the one man band kept the floor full.

A tale of two visits. First visit was not crowded. Service was great and woman bartender was very nice. On a bad note, she did get into a screaming match with another customer not with us. We had a few beers and had an overall nice visit.

Second visit, the place was packed. We sat at the bar behind the taps which is normally a tough place for a bartender to see when behind the bar. Again, the woman was bartending. She was running around, filling coffee and bringing out food. We waited patiently for her to acknowledge us, but this never happened. She did however bump into us several times without a word or even eye contact. After fifteen minutes, we decided to get up and leave. We weren't looking for a beer or service right away, but an acknowledgement goes a long way.

Maybe we will give another try when we come back to SF. Maybe just a bad day
