Food at the restaurant was delicious but the views were incredible. When I booked the reservation I requested a window table and went for a late late lunch and after lunch stayed to enjoy a glass of wine before the dinner crowd came through. Walked along the surrounding trails afterward, great experience!

This is one of the hidden gems of SF area. Take in the view - walk along the beach, breathe the salt filled air, and enjoy the past of one of the great history of the old part of the City.
Baths once lined this area, which are something to remember, not anything of today. Sutro Baths were once a major draw to this section of SF.

Our party had Sunday brunch at the Cliff House and enjoyed. They had an array of food choices. I'm not sure it's worth the price but we enjoyed the views and conversations over brunch.

Had lunch at the restaurant downstairs with visiting guests. The risotto was overdone, the rice over cooked. The tuna tartar was delicious!!!! The service was good, attentive server but did not apologize for the bad risotto.....

Lots of historical pictures of the old bath houses that used to stand here.
The building is historical and there are lots of things to see around it down at the beach.
There is a cave and several trails that are worth a quick look as well as the stem wall foundations of the old pools that used to be
