Although the overall trip to Napa Valley wineries had some wonderful memories, the travel bus we were on was a nightmare. The seats we sat in had no leg room, and the air conditioner leaked over six seats, non stop. We had to continuously hold empty bottles and paper towels over our heads to catch the pouring water, and many of us got soaked regardless! Our tour guide, Ken, who both drove the bus and gave us excellent winery facts, could only offer us a roll of paper towels! What could have been a wonderful day, turned out to be a wet, soggy mess.

One of the best, most informative, fun tours we were ever on. Just the right amount of riding and walking. Hannah was an awesome tour guide, a wealth of knowledge, interesting and dynamic. A good tour for first time visitors.

We used SF Comprehensive Shuttle Tours for two trips and were so pleased with their expertise and design of tours. The first was the city tour with Carl and Duncan that took us to the highlights of the city and we were able to walk down Lombard St. take photos, the Painted Ladies, and stand on the park with the view of the city in the background, walk a few blocks in Chinatown and sample fortune cookies - bought the almond cookies which are fantastic! I could go on and on, but this was just fantastic!
The second tour was with Duncan again into Napa Valley and the Castello di Amorosa was the highlight - better than I imagined and our tour guide, Joe, at the Castle was a hoot! The wine tasting was excellent. The entire day exceeded our expectations and once Duncan is a most entertaining and professional guide!

We were in San Francisco June of 2014 and were fortunate to have Doug Prouly as our tour guide for a Big Bus Tour. His knowledge of all things San Francisco made the 2 1/2 hour tour fascinating. Not only did we learn about structures, history, and attractions; but we also learned about the native fauna and flora. His pleasant voice and personality were punctuated with occasional humor which made the afternoon very pleasant. Big Bus Tours should be very proud of their excellent tour guide Doug Prouly.

Our 5 hour tour seemed to fly by with our awesome guide, Molly. No better way to see so much of SF in such a short amount of time.
