5 hour comprehensive city tour was great; very informative. Jason was obvious to see; waiting at the Ferry building in his red jacket. The shuttle bus was fairly comfortable; a little cramped in the seats with little leg room but the overall size of the tour was good; not huge like the big buses. More walking that we expected but that was good because we got to see things up close and better than if we were stuck on the bus. Chinatown was very fascinating; walking along the outdoor markets and all the activity of the streets. Lombard St. was a steep walk downhill; but no rush and the red jacket was waiting at the bottom of the hill. Grace Cathedral, Cable Car Museum, and the other stops were all great; had time to walk around and once again, the red jacket was always easy to find. The only disappointing stop was the Painted Ladies and that was because 2 of them were being renovated and of course; they were the most colorful ones; so pictures weren't very colorful. Jason offered a great narrative of the city and answered any questions; great tour guide. At the end of tour, one hour stop in Sausalito for lunch and then the ferry ride back; right past Alcatraz. Great way to end the 5 hour tour. Would definitely tour with them again. Overall, a great 5 hour tour of the city and some great walking stops along the way. Jason even had suggestions for when and where to pick up the cable car to avoid the long wait or crowded cars.

We spent the whole day with Molly (guide) and Reuben (driver), first on the Premium City Tour, and then on the "Locals" Tour (where the locals recommend you go). The shuttle was comfortable, check-in was easy (just as the instructions told us), and we were off to see San Francisco! Molly gave us the background on history of,who what, why, where, and how, in a fun and informational way. Our three teen boys (and my wife and I) walked away with better appreciation for the city. Molly helped with pictures, made recommendations for lunch, and made sure we got where we needed to be without feeling pushed. The Locals tour was smaller group, and provided for a more personal tour experience, however Molly prompted for questions at almost every turn. Grace Cathedral, the Cable Car Museum (and turn house), Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, Golden Gate Park, Twin Peaks (Great View!), Haight-Ashbury, the "7 Sisters", the Japanese Tea Garden, etc... This was a full day, and one we will remember for a long time!

The tour itself was very informative and took us through beautiful places. Tom was the best tour guide we could have hoped for. He was very enthusiastic without being annoying (as some from other companies can be). He knew all sorts of little tidbits about the different areas we saw. Ann, who checked us in, was very friendly and easy to spot. We loved seeing Muir Woods; the walk was easy and peaceful.

Although the overall trip to Napa Valley wineries had some wonderful memories, the travel bus we were on was a nightmare. The seats we sat in had no leg room, and the air conditioner leaked over six seats, non stop. We had to continuously hold empty bottles and paper towels over our heads to catch the pouring water, and many of us got soaked regardless! Our tour guide, Ken, who both drove the bus and gave us excellent winery facts, could only offer us a roll of paper towels! What could have been a wonderful day, turned out to be a wet, soggy mess.

One of the best, most informative, fun tours we were ever on. Just the right amount of riding and walking. Hannah was an awesome tour guide, a wealth of knowledge, interesting and dynamic. A good tour for first time visitors.
