“Go for the friend chicken after a long, long run”
Reviewed 27 January 2014

My go-to joint for late night indulgence in SF. The typical Korean meals are available here, but my favourite item on the menu is the regular fried chicken (half). Oily, crispy, tasty goodness. I told myself not to eat it unless I run at least 10k, which I think is a good "guideline" to have. I've returned to this place within 5 hours before and they open until 2 AM! It is a wonderful hangover recovery joint.

Favourite items: Fried chicken (regular, half) and Beef Bulgogi

The place is small, rarely any seating in there. I recommend ordering to go. The staff are very friendly in general.

“Good Korean Food”
Reviewed 12 December 2013

The food was very good and service was fast and friendly and reasonably priced. Our bill wasn't even $50.00 - It was mainly local folks eating here and we arrived early which was good because soon after the place was packed. It's not a large restaurant, so get there early. We had the combo pork tenderloin with sauces and it was off the hook! The fried chicken was ok, nothing to write home about. We shared a peach soju (one is definitely enough for 2 persons) and it was delish! The neighborhood is kind of seedy but don't that dissuade you, it's safe overall.

“Tasty Korean”
Reviewed 27 November 2013 via mobile

Adequate Korean food. Have had better bim bop, but kimchee was just right. Dumplings were tasty, we got 2 more on the plate than the normal seven, but who's counting? "Chincken" was tasty, along with the bulgogi beef. Price was reasonable, $50 plus tip for family of four, and all left full and satisfied.

“open late and fun”
Reviewed 20 September 2013

located near union square this Korean place seems to be a busy spot. We went there just because there was no wait when we got there and were quite impressed. The food menu is your standard Korean and was quite tasty.

Wasn't anything fancy but was just an inviting place, nice place to hang out with friends.
