Nice but WAY overpriced. We ordered room service which was very good- the food and the prompt service, but for what you pay for this downtown hotel the service is mediocre at best. We had to request a second bathrobe, toiletries for two, not one, etc. They were delivered promptly but just tossed onto the luggage rack near the door. Asked concierge for help with car rental, which he agreed to, and responded w/ in 30 min . Telling us that he had reserved the car that we requested, but instead of having it delivered to the hotel we had to go fetch it ourselves a few blocks away. When we got there, we were told the car that was reserved was not available and hadn 't been for days. All of these we're minor hassles but when you pay this much for a hotel stay you should be able to expect impeccably attentive service. We would not return .
