The front desk personnel were extremely polite and made me feel important. All the hotel staff were very accomodating. The hotel is not far from Union Square and is perfectly centrally located, not far from the infamous Powell Street cable car, BART and Muni. The interior, complete with a waterfall along the steps leading down from the lobby to the O'Farrell Street entrance was serene. The view of the city from my room (on the 18th floor) was spectacular in the morning and evening (sunrise and sunset). I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel and am happy I had the chance to stay there during my recent trip to SF.
