The Grand Hyatt welcomed us with open arms, even though we may not have booked like we belong, that's what made it special. This was our final stop over before we hitting the road. The staff at the door were more than welcoming, the reception desk is different to most of the hotels we stayed in this trip, funky and welcoming.
The concierge assisted us with a number of special requests and mailing post cards around the world was not a problem.
The OneUp Lounge is worth a visit - live music - a good wine selection. The only thing that put a damper on it was the service on the final evening of our stay. But we will not hold that against them. It happens.
Our King room, like most rooms in the USA had more than ample room for all the luggage we had with us. Clean crisp and modern.More
