This hotel does not keep up to the kimpton standard. I arrived on Sunday at 9:30. I asked if the restaurant was still open next door and was told they were not. In the elevator there's a sign that says it's open till 10:30 on Sunday. So, I decided to go in. They said they decided to close early because they weren't that busy...nice. I had just gotten in from a 7 hour trip. Luckily the restaurant at the hotel next door was open and they made me dinner just to accommodate me, which is what a hotel should do. Especially when they don't offer room service. In addition, they charged my card the entire visit up front plus an extra $100 per night in incidentals adding up to an extra $400 charge on my bill...totally shameful. And the room was $250 a night was totally tiny and somewhat shabby. This hotel will make you not want to stay at another kimpton again. Really, really poor experience.
