They took my money, didn’t warn me that my payment option would have to be presented at check in, and no one even got to stay there. I was trying to help my homeless friend out. I tried calling for a refund or to at least discuss the matter and was left on hold for almost an hour listening to an awful reggae song that kept skipping. I’m certain they were never actually going to direct me to an actual human being to resolve the issue.
