Great location. Excellent value, small basic clean bathroom but good sized room, asked for upgrade to view and was very pleased to look over pool and garden. Stayed with my adult son so twin beds a must, hotel ensured everything was done accordingly. We were blessed with unbelievably good weather in January so that made everything fantastic! For the price, we thought it brilliant. Staff always different but always helpful, went out of their way to give satisfaction. Beds were splendid. Room service good too, although overpriced but no more than usual. We enjoyed watching current release movies, also expensive but given that we paid about $110 per night it was still great value overall.

Sadly some part of this hotel are worth 5 stars such as the concierge and the location, while other are disappointing, such as having to pay for access to WiFi, serious outdated in today marketplace where you normally only have to pay when you are staying at the bottom end of the market and they are milking you for every penny. My only other major let down was that I was located at the back of the hotel over looking the bus garage, which sadly mean't that the room was noisy most of the day as the city runs an overnight bus service. I am used to residual noise having live in Central London but, the beeping of buses reserving and the general filtering of noise from outside was disappointing.

This was the worst of the hotel I stayed in while I was In The US though, I may still return in the future but ensure I asked to be at the front of the hotet rather than the back, and with the option of a large amount of free WiFi in the city the, I would not resort to paying for the WiFi which is a rip of in today's marketplace.
