We stayed at the St. Regis Hotel and enjoyed breakfast every morning in this lovely restaurant. The food and the service were both excellent.

The waitstaff is very attentive and will cover you up with service. The food is very good. The breakfast special is different each morning. The restaurant is very spic and span. The hours open are accommodating. Give it a try.

A few floors up in the St. Regis hotel and around a corner, entrance to the restaurant was a bit strange. The host and wait staff were in gray uniforms with name tags, giving off a surprising cafeteria worker vibe that conflicted with the brief and high-end menu and prices. The appetizers of crab cakes and sashimi were unanimously surperb. The main dish of scallops (which we all ordered) was very good, but a bit downhill from the appetizers. The presentation was great, and most of the flavors on the plate complementing, but we all found the pungent mushrooms to be a slightly inappropriate match for the delicate scallops.

If you love tuna,go for the poached Tuns Brioche. This dish changed my opinion of fully cooked tuna. The foamed sauce and quail eggs were a excellent complement. This is elegant. Tuna on Toast. The service was very attentive and informed about the food. Quite atmosphere for a business discussion and located across the street for the convention center. well done

A few friends and I dined here 2 mornings in a row and confident we were in that choice. From the service to the unique ever changing juice aperitif starters it was fabulous. With every elegant meal comes elegant prices, the same holds true for breakfast. The menu was extensive yet concise. We all had fabulous dishes and the bloody marys were to die for. The delectable placement and preparation was not overlooked, each dish and drink looking picturesque and giving your senses and elevated way to start off the day, Bravo St. Regis, you certainly didn't disappoint!
