Some of the rooms have been updated, but one of our rooms was not. It was a 2 bedroom suite that was right on the main drag of Moab. The room had not been updated for many years. The carpet was old, bathroom tile was cracked, and the toilet was so low to the floor it was like squatting on a bucket!!! It did have a refrigerator, each bedroom had a tv, although one of the TV's did not work. The beds were comfy, but the noise from the Main St. of Moab was really loud. Mainly the semi truck traffic which is continuous. It is overpriced for what you get.
