The hotel was very busy as was the little town of Moab, just outside of Arches National Park. Our room was spacious and clean. The decor was outdated, mauves and blues, but everything was in working order and clean.

coming from the south the Quality suites motel is on the wrong end of town for arches national park...the park is about 20 mins from the motel, the town of Moab is a real tourist town with lot of shops, restaurants and first rate tourist information center.

the Quality suites is clean, the room is big and the bathroom is a good size. the WIFI is fast and easy to connect to. the breakfast is OK with a good number of things to eat... the breakfast room is clean but small for all the tourist to eat at the same time...

Check in: We checked in then out as soon as arrived…. That just about say’s it all really!

Room: The room was worn and torn the smell of smoke was everywhere and the hotel is pet friendly, which is OK if you don’t mind pet hairs all over the place! While walking to our room we were even greeted with barking and door scratching from our neighbours dog.

Breakfast: Didn’t made that far

Amenities: Has a pool and is pet friendly

Room Tip: Note: The parks at Moab are beautiful but Moab itself does not have much to offer. Keep on to anothe...

We had no complaints with our oversized-king room. It was very clean and comfortable. We did not notice any needed repairs in our room (#130). We were very impressed with the extended continental breakfast - scrambled eggs, meat, potatoes, cereal, waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.

Room Tip: room #130 was very large and at the end of the hall

This was obviously an older hotel (for instance, our bathroom sink was cracked and stained around the drain), but some renovations had been done to bring it into the 21st century. The decor was apropos to the area (Native American influence with western colors), and the shower head was on a goose-neck pipe to accommodate people taller than 5'5"!! It was a welcome surprise when we found chocolate hard candies in our room - they were very good! Two complaints about the breakfast - 1) the room was so hot! (I'm sure because the area was tiny, and they had warming trays, waffle irons, etc) and 2) no bananas. We visited during the "monsoon" in early September, and my husband reported water streaming through a light fixture in the hallway - not good! We stayed on a Sunday, and being in Utah, not many retaurants were open - the desk clerk directed us to the Moab Grill right down the street, and we had a FABULOUS meal! Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, and would stay here again if we're ever in the area (we're from Virginia)

This is an older hotel which could use some repairs and sprucing up (cracked tiles in bath, caulking chipped, some paper peeling) but thehotel was VERY clean and well organized. The breakfast is sufficient, more than continental but hot dishes were luke warm. They did not have enough seasting in the eating area and many had to wait for a chair. It is on the far side of Moab so a bit far to walk to the downtown. Rooms are the plus as they are very large and have a nice seating area. No separate sinks so not 'family friendly' bathroom.

Room Tip: Dogs are allowed so check to make sure you are not by them.

My wife & I recently returned from a trip that included a two night stay at this hotel.
Prior to traveling, I spent time online looking for places to stay in Moab. I was somewhat surprised that several hotels were sold out and most places were more expensive than what I was expecting. My thinking was that children were back in school and the family vacations had ended, so availability should be good and the rates would be low. Once we arrived, we soon discovered that there were many Europeans and Asians visiting this beautiful region of the U.S. The Quality Suites had a "No Vacancy" sign up when we checked in.
As with most reviews, one gets a mix of both positive and negative reports on how individuals perceive their experience while staying at the hotel. As for us, the time we spent at this property was pleasant. The hotel was clean and well kept. Despite being sold out and located on Main Street, the hotel was quiet and we got a good night of sleep in a comfortable bed. We had a computer notebook with us and the Wi/Fi was strong in the room. The breakfast that was included, had many items to select from and plenty of food to go around. The breakfast area is small and we had to wait a few minutes to have a seat one morning.
The location of the Quality Suites was excellent! we enjoyed two great restaurants that were a very short walk from the hotel. The Blu Pig (BBQ) and The Moab Brewery (variety). There is a strip mall next door with a "Family Dollar" and grocery store.
We paid a little more than we would of liked but we were very pleased with our visit. If we return to Moab we would probably return to the Quality Suites.
