Hotel was clean, good breakfast. Always enjoy any Hilton family hotels. The staff was nice, rooms were quiet. One of the cleaner places to stay in Moab if you're not wanting to camp. There was good lighting in the parking lot... This review has to be 200 characters and I really don't know what else to say...

Short Review: Clean place in Moab.

Long Review: We were greeted with a quick and friendly check in.

The hot tub is outside. The provide towels and there was a basin with goggles at the door out to the pool hot tub.

The provide cookies around 7PM.

I didn't care for the brown 1970's'esque carpet. The walls are a little thin in the room and you can hear some noise. The bathroom was nice, but there wasn't a fan to turn on. In dry Moab, the room would get surprisingly humid without having a fan to clear out the air. The bed was comfortable with a cleanly washed duvet and sheets. The lighting in the room was dark, but the bathroom has good lighting along with a large shower with good water pressure.

They provide a good variety of teas and hot chocolate.

Breakfast: They had slim and 2% milk with 3 choices of cold cereal plus oatmeal. They had waffles, amongst other baked goods and bread. They had low quality pineapple plus other fruit like bananas and apples. The biscuits and gravy had enough sausage in the gravy that I could taste it (unlike Holiday Inn Express.) They had turkey links that were good. They have eggs. Some of the food rotates from day to day like seasoned homefried, cheesy eggs, and greasy sausage patties.

There is a computer center. The internet is a little slow.

There is a small pantry by the office with some food for sale.

To get to the stew, what really pushed this to an excellent. We came back from a snowy rainy day at Arches. Where they normally have cookies, they had a crock pot with some of the best stew I have ever had. It was great. The meat was so good. There were also crackers and bread for the stew. What a great treat to come back to after a soggy cold January day.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

You can certainly find cheaper places in Moab then here, but I was happy with spending more to stay here.

Even before arriving at the hotel, the staff was very helpful to us in getting the accomodations we wanted. We did not book on the internet; but talked personally with the hotel staff to understand their room configurations and availability.

The room we wanted was NOT initially available; but a suitable alternative was suggested and we decided to take that. That meant that we would have to change rooms over the course of our stay, something we hate to do. But we made the best of it and in the end, it caused very little disruption to our schedule working closely with the hotel desk staff who in turned worked closely with housekeeping. It all worked out well and took very a little or our time. Thank you so much!

It feels like a relatively new hotel and the rooms were nicely furnished with comfortable furniture, clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare which is tasty, warm, and ready when you are. I do NOT discount a hotel for this type of institutional type food, it works for quick breakfasts. You have a choice to go elsewhere if more upscale offerings are desired.

My disappointment with this hotel is in NOT participating in the Hilton Honors program, weekend rewards or others, "because it was a bike weekend." (We were told). That meant we could not earn the bonus points for the stay that were available because the hotel chose not to be included in the program because of a bike weekend.

HOTELS--you do a disservice to your loyal base by selectively excluding weekends you think you have a possibility of a higher occupancy rate. We, the people who choose your hotel over and over again OVER others, should be your target audience. NOT, casual guests.

Thus, the 4 stars instead of 5.

Stayed in Moab while visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Though not our first visit to Moab, it is the first time we've stayed at the Hampton Inn. We were not disappointed. This is a well run hotel that is updated and immaculate. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds. It is obvious that housekeeping takes pride in maintaining the property. Staff was friendly and professional. Though the Hampton Inn is priced higher some of the cheaper motels in Moab, it is worth every penny. Breakfast the next morning had fruit, hot items such as eggs and sausage, as well as a hot waffle maker. Excellent experience.
