We stayed at Holiday inn and suite, Moab, UT for one night. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and a good size for us (2 adults, 2 kids). The microwave and refrig were in the room, which was very good. Also, free wi-fi was included. Overall, it was nice experience. We will be back if we have any chance to visit in Moab.

This hotel was well worth the price as we visited during prime season. Comfortable beds after a long day of hiking. Staff was courteous and friendly. Location was EASY to find and overall experience was perfect. Nothing to complain about. Oh yeah, nice and quiet!

Room Tip: Can't miss from our experience.

New furniture and updated rooms are very pleasant. Unfortunately, the mattress if new,
was a poor selection. Very soft and uncomfortable. Staff very friendly and the included
breakfast was satisfactory.

Dear ROBERT M,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am elated to know that you like our updated hotel. However, I am sorry to read that your experience with our mattress was not how you would have expected it to be. We really appreciate the feedback on things we can still improve in our hotel. Once again; thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We would love to welcome you back in the near future.

Sincerely,

Stayed several days, off and on, over the course of two weeks in Oct. Stayed in both parts of the hotel, new and older, and different floors. Everywhere was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly, front desk, restaurant, and everywhere else. Enjoyed the stay and have booked some days there again for Dec.

This motel has been open about a decade and is underway with a beautiful renovation finishing up. The lobby is very modern and attractive and the size of the breakfast area has doubled and doesn't feel at all cramped, even when it's busy in the morning. Rooms on the first floor and basement level are all newly renovated with very comfortable bedding (mine was a king), soothing dark furniture, tasteful paint and wallpaper, good lighting, brand new carpet, ample towels. Rooms on the upper two floors are still being updated and it appears they will be done soon too. My room was one of the larger configuration and had a seating area with sleeper sofa and a fridge, microwave and pod-style coffee maker. Another large chair and ottoman and a workdesk offer lots of places to spread out. While the motel is a couple of miles north of town, it is one of the closest to the entrance of Arches NP. The large TV had perhaps the most channels (DirectTV including free movie channels) I've seen at any hotel. The early November weather was still very nice during my stay and I was glad the heated pool and hot tub area were still open. The breakfast fare was varied including hot and cold items and should please everyone. The front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next stay at the Moab HIE.

We stayed at the HIE Moab in November 2013. The property is conveniently located within minutes of downtown and Arches National Park. The front desk and breakfast staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a king room and found the room and bed to be the most comfortable of our week long trip. The hot breakfast was fantastic. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel is clean, and staff is friendly. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The proximity to Arches NP is great, and we went there each day of our stay here. The continental breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the adventure awaiting us at Arches. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
