While on our tour of the parks we were able to be directed by our hotel staff in moab to eat at the sunset grill.. best decision of our trip!!! The beautiful road up to the restaurant only makes you more eager to see what is at the top..and when you get there you will not be disappointed!! Thia restaurant, that used to be the home of a millionaire in thw 1950's, is full of charm and decor and vibes true to the era, and has a killer gorgeous view to boot!! Our server, lydia was so knowledgable of everything about the homes history and also a lot of moab history. She was so pleasant and sweet! The menu is awesome..you can get anything from fettucni alfredo and shrimp scampi too prime rib and filet mignon. My friends and I ate the prime rib...TO DIE FOR!! melt in your mouth happiness!!! So happy we found the sunset grill! We will definitely be back every time we are in moab!!!
