Nice place, they promoted their breakfast to the extent you'd think that you would never want anything else. La Antonio Tigre, yep frosties and bit of toast. Old motel space rooms are okay. The room was clean and I understand that offered some sort of provision for locking up mountain bikes. Their out of season prices should be year-round.

Room Tip: For a late arrival in Moab it's great place to settle before moving to the national parks.

Its more than time to post a comment. I've been reveling in the fabulous reviews we've been getting and here is one that prompted me to respond.

Anyone reading this must have seen all the great reviews we get. Our reviews come from happy customers who we have worked hard to please. These great reviews don't happen by accident. They are the result of the blood sweat and tears poured daily into making the Inca Inn the best little motel in Moab. We know how important a comfort, clean and affordability are to everyone.

How this guest could have believed we promoted our breakfast as he claimed is beyond me . In fact our web site makes it very clear what we offer and I quote : "CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST; Fresh Fruit, Fresh Baked Bread, Cereals and Pastries". We also offer Starbucks coffee all day. We tell our guests that our simple breakfast gives you a start to your day........nothing more. Its disappointing that the review fails to mention that we bake fresh bread daily, serve hard boiled eggs (boiled here and still in the shell) and a fresh fruit. Hardly fair to characterize us by mentioning only Frosted Flakes as we have raisin bran too! :) It is only a continental breakfast after all. Our only "claim" as stated at our Inca Inn website is that our breakfast is ".........more than decent", which in our humble opinion it is.

Regarding off-season pricing. We offer "more for less" and welcome everyone to compare our prices against any motel in Moab. Our rates move up during peak season and go lower during the off-season. These price fluctuations are necessary to stay in business. We simply could not afford to charge "off-season" rates year round. Nor could anyone else in town.

Please note that those hotels ranked higher than us on Tripadvisor charge two to three times more than we do. Those motels that are ranked below us usually charge more than we do as well while offering less.

And regarding our bike storage? As we state on our web page........"funky but secure".

Check out our prices, check out our reviews and then come stay with us AND have some "toast" for breakfast...........made out of home made bread!

Stayed at the Inca Inn- small but offers clean rooms and a pretty fair price. Breakfast was a little lacking - but the coffee is Starbucks if that makes a difference!:)

We spent three nights at this motel recently. It is an older roadside motel. However, it is very clean and the bed was comfortable. We chose this motel based on the price and the reviews. It was noisier than we had anticipated (perhaps because we were in a room at the front of the motel?) as there was a lot of traffic all night long. Breakfast was included in the price. It consisted of two types of cereal, hard boiled eggs, homemade bread, mini muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. So it was enough to start the day with. The room had a fridge and microwave. The room was a regular size, but the small bathroom had no ventilation at all (the window was closed over). We enjoyed the pool. If we were to be in town again, we would consider staying at the Inca again, if the price was right. Otherwise we might try for something a bit more modern.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the highway so that it might be quieter.

Thanks to the courtesy of the personnel, I had a very pleasant stay in Moab for three nights. The inn was very calm and comfortable. They are remodeling the parking and the swimming pool.
The inn is conveniently located in Moab and rather cheap compared to other motels/hotels. It was very clean.
I will certainly stay there during my next trip and I strongly recommend it to other travellers.

We only stayed at the Inca Inn for one night, but it was reasonably priced (considering the other options during Easter Jeep Safari) and was VERY clean given the age of the buildings. The girl at the desk was very pleasent and helpful. The had hairdryers available at the front desk as well as an iron and ironing board for guest use for the duration of their stay. Only drawback would be no vent in the bathroom, but it didn't get super steamy so it wasn't a big deal.
I would definately stay here again without hesitation.

Room Tip: Limited parking, basically 1 car per room

Considering the beautiful but austere surrounding where it is located, Inca Inn can be forgiven for providing only the bare essentials to passing travelers and adventurers. Yet despite its simple veneer, this little roadside inn is actually a very charming and comfortable place to stay.

My wife and I arrived very late in the evening after a day of driving from Denver, and there was still someone at the desk to greet and check us in. The room itself was basic, but also very clean. After a day on the road, we just needed a comfortable place to bed down before hitting the National Parks in the area, and our comfortable king-size bed proved to be exactly what we were looking for. The bathroom, although small, was also meticulously clean.

The complimentary breakfast was a spartan, continental affair with a choice between a couple of cold cereals or boiled eggs and toast. However, even this humble meal seemed to nicely complement the overall feel of the place.

This doesn't seem like the right place for families with a couple of small children, and it's certainly not the spot for people who demand luxury accommodations (good luck finding that in Moab anyway). But for the weary traveler or the adventurer who just needs a place to drop his gear and bed down for a night or two, Inca Inn is fantastic. I would certainly stay here again.

Room Tip: Talk to some of the folks around you during your very cozy complimentary breakfast. There were peopl...

I have stayed in Moab several times in the past 3 years, and the Inca Inn is an affordable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. They have done some remodeling to better accomodate their guests. They are close to everything! I give the Inca Inn 5 out of 5 stars. We will be staying here again!
