“Turkish Food at Moab”
Reviewed 18 April 2014

This is a brand new restaurant. Very nice décor. We had dinner here. Our appetizer was Babaghanoush which we found a little different from the standard one. We liked it. My daughter had chicken kabob which was perhaps the best one we had. I ordered Chef Special Kabob. This turned out to be close to Iskander Kabob which is not my favorite. So I gave it benefit of doubt. But my wife had Mediterranean salad which was horrible. Way too salty. So overall experience was kind of mixed. Gotta give them some credit to open Mediterranean/Turkish restaurant in a remote place like Moab.

“Moab goes Mediterranean”
Reviewed 18 April 2014

Aristo's has been open for only a month, but they are cooking like seasoned veterans. This was our only night out in Moab, and luckily we found this restaurant on tripadvisor. Appetizers and entrees were exquisitely prepared and presented. Food was fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is delightful, and there's both indoor and outdoor seating. Would come back regularly if we lived in Moab rather than Philly. As one reviewer mentioned, a true Turkish Delight!

“Sad”

We left mid-meal. Undercooked poultry & seafood. We love Mediterranean/Turkish food, but this was neither edible nor authentic.

“Very good, unique”
Reviewed 4 April 2014 via mobile

The food here is top of the line quality. The menu is amazing and full of authentic Mediterranean dishes! The salads are big- you could share with 2 people. The waitstaff was well orchestrated & the presentation was beautiful. It's hard to believe the place opened only 2 weeks ago! Once they get their liquor license (be patient- not their fault) a glass of red wine will top the meal off perfectly!

“"Turkish Delight"”
Reviewed 3 April 2014 via mobile

After a long day hiking, we decided to try the new Mediterranean restaurant recommended by Norm, the barber at Norm's Barber Shop in Moab. We all enjoyed our meals which were fresh, flavorful and colorful. The staff was polite and very attentive. Although the restaurant did not have their liquor license, water hit the spot after our day in the elements. The hummus was great and the chicken kabobs were the family's favorite. Give this new place a try and you won't be disappointed.
