We stayed here for a couple nights at the end of a weeklong trip in Utah. It is very cute and quiet, as it is true to its name and located within a neighborhood. The furniture is all very comfortable and having an almost full kitchen (no dishwasher) was really convenient for us. The hot tub was also a very big plus as it was great to soak in after a long day hiking.
The only semi-negative point for us is that it is quite a few blocks off Main Street and not really walkable to restaurants, etc. It is doable, but after walking all day on the trails we didn't want to walk more.
I will say that if you are very particular about cleanliness, you may want to reconsider staying here. Don't get me wrong, the condo and shared spaces were very clean. It definitely was not dirty. But, the building is older and this is small business run place, so it doesn't quite have the sterile feeling you'd get in a hotel. More
