I booked this RV park mainly because I had a hard time finding any RV parks that weren't just dirt on the side of the road and the pictures showed trees, grass and a pond. I wasn't sure about it because I never received a confirmation and the person who took my reservation spoke heavily-accented English. But, when we arrived they had our reservation and escorted us to the site. I was concerned by how close we were to our neighbors. The park is narrow and long. The park was spotless and the bathrooms also very clean and updated. Most of the customers were long-term or seasonal, so we didn't hear any noise after 9:30. The owners are very visible and hands-on in running the park. The other campers were very nice and considerate. I was pleasantly surprised by how much we liked the park. The only negative is that, even though the site is set far from the road, if you are in a tent or pop-up you will hear some ambient road noise because the park is off the only road to Crested Butte. We would stay here again. We stayed in a pop-up.
