My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Asheville - 1-26 Biltmore Square last week as we celebrated our 40th anniversary. We were very impressed by the hotel, the staff and the special services provided. Not only did Cassie recommend some great local restaurants, but the hotel offers door to door service to restaurants within a five mile radius. Cassie and Brad did a super job driving us in the hotel van. We highly recommend the Greek/Italian restaurant right up the street from the hotel and for a down-home southern feast - eat at the Moose Grill. Overall, we were blown away by the friendliness of the Asheville poeple. This was a great trip and one we'll remember for years to come! Special thanks to Cassie and Brad for all their help.

Room Tip: Our room was fine - very comfortable.

We stayed here on our way to Hilton Head. The front desk staff were very helpful and even printed off directions for our next day's trip. One of the Housekeeping staff was very helpful in dealing with a problem with our room key. The pool area was clean and the water a comfortable temperature. There was a nice variety of food at breakfast. We would like to spend more time in Asheville during future travels and will definitely consider this Hampton Inn.

We had a fantastic time, the hotel room was just what we've come to expect from a Hilton Brand. The room was neat, clean and decorated nicely. The staff could not have been any better, they were always willing to go that extra mile. The front desk was maned by a gentleman named Brad who could not have been any more gracious, he offered advice on the local sites, restaurants and things to do with a smile. The hotel offered a shuttle service that was greatly appreciated. The morning breakfasts were always hot and tastily. The staff made sure plenty of food was available, and prepared grab and go breakfasts for those of us in a hurry. I would highly recommend this site to anyone.

The Month of October is a beautiful time of the year for an excursion to the Smokies. The best time is just as the leaves turn and the evenings turn a crisp 45 degrees at night and a breezy 65 or 70 in the day. The Hampton was at capacity and the staff was working hard. Their efforts made sure the breakfast was on asap to make sure tables were clean and all food groups were stocked. The southern style and smiling faces helped this autumn break be just the tonic needed to face a cold and dreary winter

I've told my relative she'd enjoy her room. she did. but she said the sausage gravy was terrible. and the biscuits were out. bread was dried out. this after I told her about my time with the bathroom.

Thank you for reviewing our hotel, I am glad that your family member loved the hotel room, but that our breakfast was not up to our usual standards.
