Heading out of the Smokies, my wife and I decided to see the Biltmore estate in Asheville. We came across this property that combined Biltmore estate tickets with room stays and we wound up saving a considerable amount of money.
The hotel was very nice: the lobby was large, clean and nicely appointed as was all the common areas. Our room was large and nicer than expected for this level of hotel. You can tell that the owners really cared about their property.
The breakfast was hot, well presented and fresh and the area was kept clean constantly.

We're happy you enjoyed your stay with one of our Biltmore packages! Lots of guests find it to be a great value, like you said. Next time, come during the winter season for Biltmore's Christmas Candlelight tours (must be booked through the Estate) or in the spring to see the amazing flower carpets!

The Sleep Inn West was a pleasant surprise. Stayed there on my trucker-brother in law's reccomendation. The Inn was very clean and comfortable. Had a good computer and internet which I used to research local restuaraunts and attractions. Very expansive continental breakfast that was free. Very friendly staff. Good central location somewhat off the beaten path. Highly recommended. Excellent price.

So glad you enjoyed your stay, and we're flattered that you decided to give us a try on a relative's recommendation! As you mentioned, we are just on the edge of town, which keeps us out of the way of the downtown traffic and noise on busy weekends and holidays, but it's just a straight shot a few miles down the road to downtown, Biltmore and other attractions, if that's the reason for your visit. We're happy we exceeded your expectations, come back soon!

From the minute we checked in until we left this hotel was excellent!! Courteous staff, immaculate rooms and facilities with an excellent breakfast AND fresh baked cookies in the afternoon!! Easy access to restaurants and VERY little noise from streets. We stay at several hotels because of business and this is one of the best EVER. Did I mention the shower? If you're tired of a slow trickle then you'll love this place. Beds were VERY comfortable - not too firm, not too soft - just right. The lack of a pool only enhances the place if you want a hotel free of noise and children. The PERFECT place for business travelers. Highly recommended!!

Thanks so much for your great comments! We always regret turning potential guests away when they want a pool, but you're right-- the one good thing about not having a pool is that it stays pretty quiet in the hotel! :) Thanks again, and we hope to see you again soon.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quietness of the hotel as it was fairly near the highway. The atmosphere was very relaxing - enjoyed a cup of coffee at the outside table as we watched the sun setting. Staff were friendly. Price was right. Will definitely return here when in this area.

We are pleased to hear that you had such a relaxing, enjoyable stay. As you mentioned, we are conveniently located just off I-40, but our location on top of a hill sets us up and away from the noise of the interstate. We look forward to seeing you again on your next trip to Asheville!

This motel was perfect. Convenient location, great view, quiet, clean, helpful personnel, etc. We stayed at costlier motels which don't have the amenities of this--free great breakfast, free internet, small fridge, microwave. We also like the fact that there's a vanity and sink outside the bathroom so that two people can get ready at once. The furniture in the room was comfortable as well. The extra chair had an ottoman. There were extra pillows for the bed. I will definitely look for a Sleep Inn for our next trip--I hope they all are as nice.
