We were visiting in July...Decided to partake of their Sunday Brunch which was such a terrific treat! We sat by the window over-looking the gardens as to take in all the splendor and beauty of the outdoors while dining inside...We started with the sparkling Apple Cider Sangria which consisted of Apple Cider and Champagne...We complimented the sangria with a basket of a basket of Mini Bagel, blueberry scone & house-made banana bread with pecan butter, jam and honey.
Then on to the breakfast entrée'....We selected the Breakfast Sausage and Cheese Scramble which was farm eggs & sausage, cheddar and jack cheese served with country potatoes. Our second entree' was Romeo and Juliet Crepes which was 'light as a feather' strawberry crepes filled with fresh berries and cream served with All-natural bacon. Then hubby and I shared with each other so we'd have a little of both entrees'... If you're in the area, don't miss enjoying this breakfast brunch delight...It is from 12:00 - 3:00 pm so it will definitely fit into a 'vacationer's clock' !

Always Enjoy Having Lunch Here. They always seem to have a special of the day. The area is wonderful to sit outside for lunch or inside as well. Love the cookies! Loved my sandwich!

We were visiting the Arboretum and had lunch before we started exploring. We looked at the menu online and were concerned that the food would be pre-made. One of our group was gluten free and there was't much on the menu that was gluten free. We found that items were made to order and they offer gluten free bread. We all had sandwiches. They were ok, but nothing spectacular. Each entree comes with a side. The turkey salad was supposed to be made with all white meat, but it really wasn't. It had some thigh meat in it. The bread slices were large, but the sandwiches were skimpy. They should either use smaller slices of bread or put more filling in the sandwich. The man behind the counter was a hoot. He was making jokes and was very entertaining. The lemonade was really good. This is a place to go if you're visiting arboretum. It is not a dining destination.

Stopped by for a quick bite while waiting for our campsite to open up. The Cafe is actually located in and is a part of the Arboretum. So, you need to enter the Arboretum to access the cafe (cost was $14 per car). We were expecting more of a restaurant atmosphere, but you order at a window and they deliver your meal to your table. The quality was good overall. We had the chicken salad sandwich (one whole wheat bread and the other sourdough) and the carrot salad (good middle eastern flavor) and the Bulgur salad (just OK). Cost for two sandwiches (no drinks) was ~$20. Overall a nice stop if you happen to be visiting the Arboretum but not a destination restaurant.

Convenient in the Arboretum as well. Just what you need after hiking around. Full meals, snzcks, or drinks. It is all good.
