I have stayed here several times, usually with family. The Hilton in Biltmore Park is a very good alternative (spacious suites) to staying in downtown Asheville and less expensive than the Inn on Biltmore Estate.

Pros:

** Large, comfortable suites, especially the Whirlpool Suites: large living room with a queen sofa, 1/2 bath in living area, wet bar with mini refrigerator, bedroom with a full closet & robes, an enormous bathroom with separate shower and oversized infinity whirlpool tub (tub is larger than most bathrooms).

** Nice restaurant (Roux) on site - Breakfast was delicious and could be either made to order or buffet style

** Spa on-site

** location in Biltmore Park with many restaurants (PF Changs), Barnes & Noble, Regal Stadium Theatre, REI, and other shops are all within a very easy walking distance

*** quieter and more spacious than the Aloft in downtown Asheville

*** free parking!!!

Cons: not downtown Asheville...but it's a short 10 minute drive on I-26 or surface streets to downtown & even closer to Biltmore Estate.

Room Tip: Whirlpool suite in in front corner of building with river view, but highway noise. Junior suites ar...

Stayed here for a night in July. We found the whole hotel to be immaculately clean, to the point we all mentioned it at some point. The hotel is located in an upscale outdoor shopping center with restaurants and a movie theater. If you're looking for the true funky Asheville experience this probably isn't the right hotel. It's a bit of a drive to get in to town, but I imagine if you were in town for business it would be ideal. I can't speak for the price as our room was payed for. The staff was incredibly friendly and was very helpful when I needed some large documents faxed to Miami. They took care of everything with a very helpful attitude.

wonderfully situated to Interstate 26 and numerous restaurants at Blitmore Park....if you're running all day you can recharge here! Spa was nice surprise...we enjoyed as a couple. Service dog friendly. Lobby restaurant looked a little dreary...bar stayed busy Housekeeping not up to par but staff was responsive.

The hotel was fine overall, but far from the real Asheville experience. Hotel restaurant was very good - a nice local selection. And the staff was very helpful. But really, this hotel really just didn't add up to the price I paid.

This was a nice, quiet, relatively new Hilton in a newly-built village setting about 9 miles south of Asheville. Easy to access from the interstate. They have done all they can to make it more upscale than a typical Hilton, including bellmen but no real unloading area (and it was raining) and the rooms were no better than a typical nice Hilton. The breakfast was really good, with local meats and cheeses, plus more typical made-to-order food.

I generally prefer less "service" at a hotel, being as you have to tip for everything, and the hotel was not a 5 star in my opinion (making the fancifying a little over the top). However, the breakfast was good and the sleep was really good, so I can forgive a lot. This is a great alternative to busy downtown Asheville. Rooms were new and nice, bedding too. Staff were really nice.

Nice hotel in upscale area in the suburbs of Asheville. It did not allow you to experience Asheville and its charm. For the price of the hotel I would have thought it was in town. I would not recommend this hotel if you are not wanting to drive back and forth 9-11 miles to downtown Asheville each day.

We stayed here overnight after visiting the Biltmore Estates. There is a restaurant on site with average to high pricing which is not uncommon. The staff was nice and professional. The location is in a nice trendy area. We walked across the street to the movie theatre. Our room was on the freeway side, but we did not hear any noise. It was a very good and quiet night. They honor AAA and discounts for state employees.

Room Tip: Our room near the freeway on the sixth floor (it only has 6 floors) was quiet.
