“Beautiful hotel, but a little pricey”

Just driving to the Inn is an experience. The Inn is set on the Biltmore estate and is a beautiful place. Phenomenal views of the surrounding mountains. The dining is first rate. Great place for romantic getaway or special celebration.

If I could live here, I would! From the moment you pull up to the hotel and they greet you, Welcome back Mr and Mrs....you know you are in for a treat! All the employees go above and beyond!!
The interior of the hotel is just beautiful! Big and expansive, but still welcoming and honey. The couches and chairs throughout just invite you to sit and take in the beautiful views or relax with a good book.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are a good size for two people to get ready. Bathrobes and slippers are provided, too.
The best part of the entire trip in my opinion is relaxing with a beverage on the porch over looking the winery. The view is simply splendid and after sight seeing and shopping the perfect end to the day. Wonderful way to wind down before dinner! For an extra special treat try the Dining Room for dinner. It is upscale and men wear sports coats, but it is worth the splurge! The wait staff service is from a bygone era. They are knowledgable and helpful without seeming annoyed by questions about the menu. You are welcome to take your time and enjoy your evening without feeling rushed or like you are being a bother.
I would highly recommend staying here for any occasion! If they would allow, I would be a permanent resident! :-)

We enjoyed the first class accommodations at the Inn. The public spaces are beautiful, the room is well appointed, and the outside gardens and sitting areas are spectacular! While it was a bit more formal than we like, the staff was genuinely interested in helping you and in making sure that your needs are met. We booked a summer special, which included breakfast -we choose the buffet each morning, which included a made to order omelet station. Fresh fruit, great pastries, smoked salmon (with capers, chopped egg) were excellent. Well worth the visit.

Love this hotel! Service is of excellent quality. Food is fabulous. The Sunday brunch buffet is out of this world. Comfortable quiet rooms and beautiful common areas. Grat location. We drove back late after an evening meal at Limone's and pub hopping...to follow a herd of deer back across the lovely grounds to the hotel.

Our stay was a spur of the moment decision. So glad we did. Room and staff was great. We stayed only one night, wished we had stayed longer. We slept the best here during our week of traveling. There is so much to see. Shuttle bus has drop off points at many locations on the property. We had a wonderful time. Would stay again.

Spent the weekend at Biltmore Inn for 38 special Three Dog Night concert package. The hotel is in great shape and clean, the staff here is wonderful. We had a very nice king room, and enjoyed the eating at the restaurant. The concert package is wonderful as it provided room meals concert tickets and transportation to the house, plus admission to the house for the whole weekend. The concert was great and weekend very enjoyable.

We recently spent one night at the Inn prior to visiting The Biltmore Estate and were not disappointed. The facility and grounds are impressive, as are the views.

We were greeted promptly upon arrival, and as we were only spending one night, I chose to self-park and only had a small overnight bag to carry. This resulted in what I felt was a less than enthusiastic response of directions to self-parking. However, it was all up-hill from there, as the staff member checking us in was excellent, as were all of the other staff members we encountered. We arrived somewhat late and chose to dine at Cedric's Tavern at Antler Hill Village, where we had a very nice and enjoyable dining experience. The was live entertainment that evening in the courtyard, and we stopped by the Creamery for some great ice cream and listened to some of the entertainment.

The room itself, although not large, was very well furnished, very comfortable and offered great views of the grounds and mountains. The amenities were good, from the water to the Keurig coffee maker ... there is nothing we were lacking and we very much enjoyed our one night stay.

We would like to return soon and spend additional time there, as there are many activities outside of The Estate to partake of, and it is a very relaxing environment.
