This hotel was very welcoming and really felt like a nice small home with the fireplace in the lobby and the warm tones throughout the property. Much different than I expected. The suite was large and had everything I needed. Exceptional service from all. Will come back as the price could not be beat either.
Well located, ample parking and easy check in.
Large and clean room with adequate amenities. Loved the full kitchen.
Swimming pool was comfortably warm( unlike most other place where u have to shiver ) and well maintained / lighted.
Breakfast ( lots of options ) and complimentary dinner on weekdays was amazing. Wine included !
My only complaint was I had booked and even called prior regarding need for an accessible room. But on arrival was told it was already occupied and there was one in an higher grade room. Was told that it would be 100$ more per night. Disappointing ! That is why 4/5.
Close to all things Biltmore, as well as minutes from the mountains. Staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Exercise room and indoor swimming pool are welcoming. Don't pass up one of Lee's breakfasts...especially the scrambled egg and sausage casserole!
We have stayed here for several years. It was another grand experience with a lovely view from our room. When we did not go out with friends for dinner, the reception in the evening was excellent. I'm sure the breakfast is good but I am not an early morning person.
This is a great hotel. With Redboxes everywhere, it's nice that they now have DVD players. The suites are luxurious. The only thing I would add to this (and most other hotels) is an adjustable arm for the showerhead for those of us who are shorter than 6'2"!
