We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residences at Biltmore! The one-bedroom suite we stayed in was super clean and very comfortable for the three of us (two adults and one child). The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well by recommending local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Asheville!

Linda J.,
Thank you so much for the great review. I am so happy the three of you were comfortable. Our staff loves Asheville & as such love to share our wonderful town with our guests. Our Housekeeping team takes great pride in "their" rooms I'll make sure they see your comments. Thanks again for your feedback.

We've stayed at The Residences three times so far, and we do enjoy it. A lot of space, excellent kitchen accommodations, and a large bathroom. Convenient to the things we want to do in Asheville. We recommend this place to our friends.

Room Tip: The upper building is closest to the pool and the hot tub, if that is important to you, and the fron...

We took advantage of the military discount during Christmas and still had an excellent rate. It is within walking distance to downtown Asheville. The hotel also provides a full kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room and a decent balcony. Overall, we were surprised at the value and would definitely recommend it to others.

We have stayed in 2 and 3 bedroom units and loved it each time. Each unit is privately owned, yet decorated exactly alike. In other words, owners can not personalize their units. My point is that it's nice to know exactly what I'm getting each time - decor, cleanliness, fireplace, balcony, fire pit, etc. And, it is less than a 1/2 mile from the entrance to The Biltmore, and Biltmore Village, which was once known as the town of Best, George Vanderbilt created this village as a "company town" for the estate workers The Biltmore. The community was planned and designed to reflect the qualities of an English country village. The village had its own church, which is still in operation today as the Cathedral of All Souls, an Episcopal cathedral. The village also had a hospital, shops, a school, a railroad depot, and other services available. Biltmore Village was incorporated into the City of Asheville in the early 20th century. Biltmore Village is a commercial district that has an eclectic collection of shops, restaurants, and other businesses.

Room Tip: If you have 3 couples and have a lot of women or each needs a bathroom, we found that it is better t...

Chuck P.,
Thanks for the stellar review. I even learned a thing or two about the village. We are looking forward to your next visit, but please be aware our unit inventory no longer includes 3-bedrooms so we hope we can accommodate your future needs in our Studio, 1-Bedroom, or 2-Bedrooms.

It was a family reunion to celebrate our oldest sons 40th birthday. Was great that everyone was able to have own room. Had a great tour of the Biltmore Estate and lunch there at stables before going our separate ways.

Dee F.,
Thanks for celebrating at The Residences At Biltmore! We think having seperate rooms and a separate living/dining area makes all the difference when gathering. Certainly better than meeting in some cold hotel lobby! I hope you can visit with us again soon.

Over all the accommodations were lovely. We stayed in a studio room and there was more than enough space. The floors and walls are a bit thin. Not sure who was above us, but they sounded like a herd of elephants. Other reviewers suggested we ask for a top floor room and we should have taken their advice.

Room Tip: Ask for a top floor room

It was a girls' weekend to Asheville! The rooms were clean, but lacked a few items such as soap and wash cloths. We called and they promptly came with supplies. The linens and pillows were outstanding.
