We stayed recently for a family reunion and stayed in 2 separate two bedroom units. The Residences are a great value, very comfortable and have everything you need. We were surprised by the quality of the unit and loved the close proximity to downtown, running trails and the Biltmore House. We ordered dinner by the pool one evening and loved watching the sun set by the fire pit! Very relaxing stay.

Room Tip: Ask for higher room to take advantage of the balcony

BMTTrips,

I am so happy your family reunion was a success and we could be a small part of that. I agree, the sunset from our pool deck is fantastic and nearly wort the trip all by itself! Thank you for the great feed back. we hope to see you again soon.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom condo and it was very nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. The bathroom was very nice and the towels were very soft. It was close to the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville, which I visited.

Room Tip: I would pick a room on the highest floor.

I would rate this place a 10/10 for value, location, cleanliness, and ambiance! What else could you ask for?! Immaculately clean room that matches the website photos exactly. Great pool, hot tub, and fire pit area. Half mile from the Biltmore gates and less than 2 miles from downtown Asheville. We stayed in a studio suite which was perfect for just a couple. We will return and stay in a 2br suite when traveling with others.

Although we were only there one night, we were very glad to have chosen this well-appointed condo/hotel. Our studio room was lovely, the bed and pillows were excellent, the towels thick and fluffy and we had a balcony where we enjoyed dinner and breakfast overlooking the trees. At check-in it was suggested that the pool area was a good place to have a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset, which we did. The “Residences” are on the edge of a really nice neighborhood and I thoroughly enjoyed my morning run through the leafy streets. The location was good for us as it’s a very short drive to both downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Our stay couldn’t have been any better.

Tad02,
Thanks for such a great review. You hit on one of the things we think really set us apart, the open-air patios to enjoy the great Asheville Mountain air! We hope you will visit again soon.

This hotel has apartment like rooms with fire place, patio, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry washer and dryer in the room. Beds were very comfortable and outside noise level was unnoticeable. Really liked the heated pool and fire pit but a bigger area for it all would be nice. These rooms are on the more pricy size, around $200 a night for a one bedroom, but for us (people with food allergies) having use of a full kitchen while traveling is AMAZING. The only issues we had were in finding the office to register and with how slow the front desk people were. These woman were so friendly and such amazing workers, never seen people multiple task so well, but they were seriously under staffed. We called twice to book a room, were told we would get a phone call back, which we did in 30+min when we arrived at the hotel and were standing in front of the desk. We could not even get a hold of the front desk once during our stay by phone, we had to physically stand and wait in front of one of the employees to get our questions answered. Really need to staff more people at a time. If you can live with that, this is an amazing hotel. We are thinking of staying again during our June trip to Ashville.

We booked one night at The Residences at Biltmore and were surprised how nice they were and a good value for the money.. Our room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. If you are traveling to this area with children, I would highly recommend this place. It has a washer, dryer, well equipped kitchen and super large shower..It is also just a couple of miles away from The Biltmore Estates and local restaurants.

Room Tip: We like the second floor. Typically, a lot quieter..

Ava515,

Thanks for the great review! We think we are a great option when travelling with family. The larger rooms and extra amenities that you mention make it more like home-away-from-home than a typical hotel experience. I hope you and your family will visit us again, SOON!

This place is definitely more than just a hotel. It's like your own personal apartment. When we walked into the suite I was amazed by the full-size appliances the amount of space that we had and that everything looked top-notch. This is the perfect place to stay if you're going to be in town for a week. There was a washer dryer full kitchen with all the tools needed to make dinner breakfast or anything in between. They also have a pool, hot tub and a nice fire pit to enjoy in the evening. This is definitely a place that I would return to without hesitation.

If I had any negative comments about the stay it would be to upgrade the mattresses.
